This is a great idea if you want waste everyone’s time and embarrass the kid that does this, the listing agent, the seller, and everyone involved.
Grant Cardone says this “shrinks the distance” between you and your target. Meaning, if you go see a $90 million house you will be more likely to achieve success because you have now seen it.
Sounds bold but would probably never happen because of proof of funds.
