It finally happened: Phoenix resident Emily Carter woke up on Independence Day, opened Instagram, and immediately saw something that completely blew her away.
About three scrolls down, she heard the “Born in the U.S.A.” audio, and her heart started pounding with excitement, since this was the only post on her feed using that audio, perfectly on theme for the 4th of July.
But the audio was just the beginning.
The post itself was mesmerizing, unique, and provided immense value. It was from a local Phoenix real estate agent, and it was a graphic that said, “Happy 4th of July!” But it didn’t just have text. It had the agent’s logo on it, her brokerage, and even her contact information just in case someone wanted to call her directly from that post.
We caught up with Emily, who explained what shocked her about the post:
“I’ve never seen a piece of content like this before. It shows she knows what day it is today, and it also shows that she’s willing to accept calls on a holiday because her phone number was so clearly placed right there on the graphic.”
She went on to say that she immediately took action, calling the agent because she was convinced she just had to work with her.
“These posts work,” the anonymous agent said. “I post it basically every year, and do the exact same thing for every holiday, including Daylight Saving Time.”
