Another Sellit in the books. This is our 5th annual Sellit conference. Every year there is so much work and so much stress to pull an event of this size off. I know social media is full of the highlights of everything but man oh man, is it hard to get to that point where highlights can even exist! And then after the event is over, we are so thankful that we survived it but also sad at the same time. I just sent the whole company an email telling them that now we get to turn memories into motivations, so here are a few BTS shots of the greatest week of the year for us 🚀🥰💙

Sellit26 was three days. Day one was a training day for our leaders and a focus on the staff, as well as all of our agent produced events. Day two was the kickoff for all of our agents who flew into Denver from across the United States and many from around the world (we had @sellit agents from Japan, Hungary, Israel, Brazil, and beyond). The day started by taking down Coors Field, where I threw out the first pitch, and ended with what we call Market Madness. At some point during market madness, the room started snowing and this is that photo.

Dinner night, one with our leaders from over 20 states, including states not yet announced 🫣 We gave each leader a commemorative key, as well as the ground rules for the following two days.

Day 2 preparing for market madness. The calm before the storm!!!

Oh hi guy

Wednesday morning I was actually with my CFO and my CTO in Vegas for the Inman Blueprint Proptech conference. I opened the conference at 8:10 AM (too early to do anything in Vegas in my opinion lol) with Jeff Berman of Camber Creek so that we had enough time to get a few other meetings in and then jump on the plane to make it to the kickoff event for SellIt in Denver that afternoon! We walked through the success metrics of S.mple 1 and announced S.mple 2 and I gave my thoughts on the future of AI‘s impact on the real estate industry.

The coolest part of throwing this pitch, unlike when I threw the first pitch at a Mets game this summer, was that as I looked off to my left, I saw 1,000 of us in the stands, in our jerseys, cheering me on. Core memory for sure. Also, probably why I threw
