Mark another expansion for the ever-enterprising Ryan Serhant. The “Owning Manhattan” star has officially landed in California, opening offices in Beverly Hills, Orange County, San Diego and San Francisco — and bringing with him agents from Compass, The Agency, Engel & Völkers and eXp.
Leading the charge is Ezra Leyton, who joins from Marquis Commercial, alongside Ben Belack, the “Buying Beverly Hills” personality who decamped from The Agency with his team, and a slate of founding agents that includes ACME’s Courtney Poulos and other notable recruits across the state.
Serhant says his California roster closed more than $2 billion in deals over the past year. Not bad for a market debut. The launch also comes at a moment when luxury pricing is recalibrating and buyers are gaining leverage, a dynamic Serhant insists makes the timing “perfect.”
